LOST THAT ROMANTIC SPARK? IS IT AGING OR IS IT STRESS?
Still a powerhouse – with occasional speedbumps – this is the swing-stage of life.Stress and Aging symptoms overlap, so optimal navigation is knowing the difference as they are addressed differently. Let’s use romance for an example.
A lot of relationships take a hit during this stage – but – what if that Lost Spark is about lowering hormone levels. After all, emotions are tied to biochemistry…and when that Romantic Spark disappears, its a good time to check biochemistry for Spark Issues as Testosterone & Estrogen levels are affected by both Stress and Aging.
Stress causes Adrenal Glands, (located above each kidney) to convert the hormone, DHEA into the stress hormone, Cortisol, instead of Estrogen and Testosterone and Thyroid support. This can translate to lower sex drive, reduced ambition, and poor memory to name a few.
Aging includes the beginning of Menopause (called Perimenopause) and Andropause (Male Menopause a.k.a. Man-o-Pause) when the body naturally begins to reduce less Estrogen and Testosterone as part of the life cycle.

Hormones are fundamental to sex drive, ambition, sleep, mood & energy, so it baffles me that this is not a normal part of routine physicals. Female/Male Hormone Panel added to bloodwork at annual physical provides a hormone benchmark.
Stress Matrix / Stages 2 & 3 helps to identify Stress Symptoms as they relate to our daily lives. At a ClarityMedicine Forum, a young single mom looked me in the eye and asked, How do we stop stress? Talk about right to the point.
Stress is insidious and while docs often say, reduce your stress level, there is no magic pill. Ongoing stress creates additional wear and tear on cells, depleting our resources. I have discovered, however, that the more I support my cells on a core level, the better I perform in terms of attitude, energy and problem solving.
Now is the time to learn basic Circulation & Cell Maintenance.
